A few minutes of preparation makes your visit smoother. Here's exactly what happens, from parking to checkout.
Parking is free
Free covered parking is available directly outside Unit 101. Look for the Holy Cross sign on the ground floor.
Arrive 10 min early
First visits include a short intake form. Arriving 10 minutes early helps keep your visit on schedule.
Bring these
Bring your Alberta Health Card when applicable, a list of current medications, and any recent labs or imaging.
Meet your physician
Your physician will take a full history and discuss your goals. We set aside appropriate time for new patients and do not rush visits.
Examination
Expect a focused physical exam and, when needed, in-clinic ultrasound or other diagnostics. Everything is explained as it happens.
Your plan
You'll leave with a written care plan, a cost summary where applicable, and follow-up scheduling before checkout.
